Good call!  I think letters are the best… Nothing beats written sentiments, even if they are feelings of hatred.  Ha Ha. I love my cell phone company right now for removing a $200 fee someone else incurred but I hope you have luck with yours.

After an over the top cellphone bill, I decided the old fashioned “letter writing as means of communication” was for me again.
