All weekend long I was craving something sweet. I tried a coffee, some ice cream, a lolly pop… nothing was curbing this craving. So Sunday night rolls around and I’m dying for something. Since I didn’t want to leave my house and enter the cold I deiced to make something at home.
I went on my way googling what desserts I could make without eggs since I didn’t have any. About half way down the page I see English Toffee… Ta Daaa!! I’m pumped, I love Heath bars, I love toffee crunch ice cream, can’t go wrong with toffee at Christmas… I get all my ingredients out but I’m a few items short for this recipe.
