Since I started taking classes again I haven’t been drinking as much or going out as often… and I have to say, my body kind of loves it.
I’m also trying to shed 4 pounds of holiday weight and from my experience the best way to lose weight fast is to stop drinking. Or cut down at the very least.
So I’ve resolved to go alcohol free for the entire month of February.* I hope come March I’ll be a little richer, a little thinner, and a lot healthier.
*I will make exceptions for champagne toasts ;)
