I love my local market but they really don’t deliver on the Kim Chi. There is only one brand, Sun Yun and just two varieties. Mild and Hot, to which I had
to add cayenne to actually spice it up.
I don’t have a car so it’s difficult for me to go to Super H-Mart, does anyone know a place in Chicago to get decent Kim Chi?
