I moved to Chicago in August of 2003. There must have been some sort of huge ladybug hatching that summer because they were Everywhere! So much to point the point that I was annoyed by them and actually smashing them.

Since then I haven’t seen many ladybugs but today while riding around with the Big Guy this one landed on my leg. It was a nice reminder that summer is still here…. I mean that winter is coming ;)
