It’s fanastic, if you can, to get a picture of your poses so you know what’s wrong with them.
Here’s my Natarajasana (Dancers Pose)
- My chin isn’t up
- My left hand should be facing the floor
- My right foot shouldn’t be sickle shaped
- My belly should be in
- My camera angle sucks, my knee is actually more straight than the photo shows
A better bend and higher kick comes with more flexibility, strength and balance… I’ll get there ;)
