It’s fanastic, if you can, to get a picture of your poses so you know what’s wrong with them.

Here’s my Natarajasana (Dancers Pose)

My chin isn’t up
My left hand should be facing the floor
My right foot shouldn’t be sickle shaped
My belly should be in
My camera angle sucks, my knee is actually more straight than the
photo shows
A better bend and higher kick comes with more flexibility, strength and balance… I’ll get there ;)
