Jared and I visited the new Bleeding Heart Bakery in our neighborhood this morning. 

Their cake balls, cupcakes, and chocolate dipped bacon have made us loyal bakery goers since 2008.  Jared even brought them to Seoul for me!  It was only a matter of time before we tried out their newest endeavor, a cafe. 

Since it opened while on vacation and we were on binge, we figured what better time then now.

We loved it!  The side of toast was small and wimpy but everything else was delicious.  We had a Chai Iced Tea and a coffee, a Mile High Omelet and Wild Mushroom Polenta Benedict, & a Chicago Blues and Peanut Butter-Chocolate Doughnut.  I couldn’t be more prodd of them.
