Nine hours ago the Big Guy took this photo wearing my college sorority hoodie… I’m just seeing it now. I laughed so hard my brother came out of his room to see what was so funny.
He didn’t find it nearly as amusing as I did.
Speaking of my brother… him and his girlfriend made some of the most delicious brownies yesterday. Aside from their name, Slutty Brownies, they rock.
The bottom layer is cookie dough, then Oreos are staggered in the middle, followed by chocolate brownie mix on top. Tell me you didn’t just drool a little.
The downfall though, Slutty Brownies…. really? How are you supposed to bring these to a child’s birthday or your grandmas house?
I can hear now, “Who wants a slluuuuttt?” “They’re delicious with milk!”
Surely they could be called something better…. maybe sexy brownies?
Since I started taking classes again I haven’t been drinking as much or going out as often… and I have to say, my body kind of loves it.
I’m also trying to shed 4 pounds of holiday weight and from my experience the best way to lose weight fast is to stop drinking. Or cut down at the very least.
So I’ve resolved to go alcohol free for the entire month of February.* I hope come March I’ll be a little richer, a little thinner, and a lot healthier.
*I will make exceptions for champagne toasts ;)
