Thinking of Going Raw?
Well this week is a great time to ease your way into it.
Since October is around the corner and people like to start things at the beginning of the day, month, year… I say start your move to raw today.
My best suggestion is to go vegetarian for the week leading up to your raw cleanse. That way your will power is at it’s highest and when it’s time to go raw 7 days later,...

Lady: Is your turkey deli meat or shaved turkey?
Me: It’s deli meat and pretty tasty
Lady: Ok well instead of Smoked turkey on my sandwich can I have Oven roasted or Honey gold?
